I have place a order with Vasanth And Company on 14th July 2015, apple iphone 64 gb, They have promised to give me the product within 2 days of placing the order I have paid Rs 10000 as a advance and booking . Date of Incident : 09-April-2015 Client Number : [protected] I bought LG LED 32LN51 on 31-October-2013. I had a defect[protected]. A Person for LG came and told that defect in SMPS and later told that fault in PANEL and so change the Panel Board that cost around 45% of the product value.. We sought for warranty because the product was just 15 months. They told that is not possible and argued that you go and complaint whereever possible....

Dear Sir, I cancelled my tatkal ticket but they told no refund money, PNR Number: [protected] .How Government take this kind of decision against a public, 2000 is a not a normal amount to leave.. Sir, Did you give assurance that nobody travel in my seat.. you take my money as well the seat allotted to next waiting list you will get that money also.. Kindly take necessary step to refund my money (atleast 50%). Thank you...

I bought an lg uhd TV from Vasanth and co Adyar ...I found that TV s defect one while installing and raised a complaint for replacement with LG...neither the Vasanth and co sales man nor Lg officials is interested to fix the issue ...I was gng behind and calling thm 1000 times to track it ...pls dnt buy any LG product frm Vasanth and co...very bad service and ty least bothered......

We have taken Lg refrigerator, washing machine and tv from Vasanth & Co and we are daily fighting with them since the tv has not been installed despite chase ups on daily basis We are employees and Saturday sunday is the only time we can spend full time in home but they are not ready to come on those days. This is very disgusting and disappointing service....

I brought, 1.5 ton ac and they provide poor delivery service, they didnt call the service center for installation, they give promises but there promises are send to garbage only, i called them but they didnt attend my call, so i my call samsung service center and booked ...Vasanth & co big looser...dont go vasanth &co tambaram, or other branches...plz...or you cam order online itself... Thanks...

Hi,
We bought a Godrej refrigerator on saturday and asked for a stand of same color which he said he will deliver along with the refrigerator.
They delivered it on the same day night around10 PM. The delivery person showed a long face when we asked for particular stand. We dint pay the delivery charge on that day.
The next day sunday night they again came to collect the delivery amount without a replacement for the stand....

I went to buy an AC (Daikin) in vasanth & co, Tnagar on 6th April 2014, and after a discussion about the product i agreed to buy it, they generated a bill and asked me to pay, i paid. Now the sales person tells me that the particular product is not in stock will be delivered in 2 days, today 10th April 2014 3PM, almost 4 days went still it has not been delivered, i contacted the shop this morning 10th and they said its been delivered...

I have ordered for two LG AC's from Vasanth & co Mela at Trade Center on March 30th. The attendent infromed that the product will be delivered in three days. I have not recevied the AC till date. When Called up vasanth & co, no proper response is given. They keep promising that the product will be delivered in a day but nothing happens. Now when called up, they are saying it will another two weeks for the product to be delivered....

Hello SIr, I had visited Chennai Trade Centre Exhibition conducted by M/s Vasanth and Co on 30th March -2014. I had also paid full amount and purchased a Onida Washing Machine . The sales Person Mr.Chandru had promised that the Product will be delivered by 1st April-2014. But when I enquired on 1st April, the tone in which Mr.Chandru and his team was talking is not like the way they were during the exhibition. It was rude and unprofessional....

I purchased 42 inch Onida Smart TV, from Vasanth and co Tambaram branch, I was told its a new piece that would be delivered from the godown but when they delivered the TV had 2 scratches in the front screen and multiple scratches on the back side.
