I have purchased an Air conditioner, I opted for exchange it's been 2 months no one came for picking up the item. Thiruvottiyur branch.

You people are keen in selling things. Can't you do what you have been promised before you sold the product. Worst response. I had already initimated the person multiple times but no response.
