Kindly save me from losing my money. I'hv visited Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh branch, where I was not having any idea of how Vcare staff treatment towards customer.
I went to share my problem of hair thinning, I thought I'll have some expert opinion based on that I can decide what to do. So I dint scalp scan & paid for that some initial amount 550.
they convinced me in pressurized way to pay 2, 500 as blocking amount.
Trust me the situation is different here, manager and staff are talked to me in such a way that, I was not even having option to go out decide what can be done before such big advanced treatment.
Due to my health issue, Now I hv to take care of my health, and I'm not ready for any such scalp treatment.
Now manager &staff saying "did we ask you to pay the amount, you only paid from your UPI, we cannot give you back the money, if want you can take product", seriously this is not the way, they didn't even start the treatment to forfeit my money.
Please help me on getting my money back.
