Don’t go with this builder! I have paid booking advance during webinar and they confirmed that they will refund in case of any issues within 2 week! Last 2 months I am chasing and no one answer the calls and email! The booking amount is very less and if they don’t have that amount itself they can’t do any development to this place! Please stay away from them!
Responding to below: Why no one answer the emails? Why are you hiding? Why don’t you give me an exact date?
Your team says first within 15 days, and then someone says another date and another says another.. when this will end?
I requesting to your Founder & CEO (JAI BAID), Bhasker and Bastin there can be situation of cancellation too.. We didn’t expected that too.. I was so happy initially till the booking.. but when I requested cancellation everything changed! I have really planned to get back to you if I get the funds to buy and now the way you all reacted for this refund, I lost complete hope on you people! Your sales team gave the flexibility of refund immediately as I told him about my situation too! All of a sudden no one respond to me in mail, calls.. then I have no other option to take the social medium! Answer above questions and if I am fine, I will revert back my review…
