I have paid booking amount 50, 000 on 26th May 2023 by motivating the amount of price and words. Immediately I realized and cancelled the booking. they Confirmed by mail to refund the amount. I am kept on follow up with Soham Kothari who is coordinating my issue, he is postponing week by week. He Said as many reasons as he can. I am fed up of all the reasons and lost the trust. This company is a complete sham. Avoid them at all costs, even if it seems like your only option. I was hounded by their sales team to attend a webinar, where they coerced me into paying a 50k booking amount with the promise of a refund within 7-14 days (a promise that turned out to be nothing but a trap).

Don’t go with this builder! I have paid booking advance during webinar and they confirmed that they will refund in case of any issues within 2 week! Last 2 months I am chasing and no one answer the calls and email! The booking amount is very less and if they don’t have that amount itself they can’t do any development to this place! Please stay away from them!
