I want to make everyone to be aware of the issues that I am facing with VEDANTU after enrolling for online classes Package. So let me list out all the issues that I’ve faced & still facing with VEDANTU from day one after I enrolled for PRO package.

First and foremost Issue

At the time of the sales call, many false promises/commitments provided by your sales member. Below are those;

· Separate batches/classes for NRI students will be allocated – Not happened.
· Book Materials will be delivered to overseas addresses – Not happening.
· Monthly student progress will be shared/updated with parents - which is not happening at all.
· Batch timing will be as per NRI time zone - didn’t happen.
· Separate SAM will be allocated – till today we never had a proper SAM to look into our account.
· JEE exams – not as per NRI time zone and hence no ranking is done.

All Other Issues

· Telegram app is a major medium to communicate to all students, but Telegram app is not working for overseas students. Being said that, all the communication that's getting posted in telegram app is not at all getting conveyed to overseas students.

· Assigned SAM never called us for any progress update & etc., We were chasing after her for all our issues and we ended up spending a lot on international calls without any result from SAM.

· Few days online classes were not working due to some technical glitches that were not resolved by your technical team even after our repeated calls and complaints. Finally that got resolved after many attempts.

· Revision test links were not working and this was another issue that we started facing and took a long time to get it resolved.

· Evaluation of the completed revision tests were not done by your team, again I have sent many emails, messaged SAM (replaced SAM) on the same and at one point in time after raising a ticket and multiple follow-ups this issue got resolved.

· JEE exams are normally scheduled on Sunday. Since Sunday is a working day for us here in Oman we are unable to write the exams on Sunday. This issue has never been addressed by your team so far.

· Due to the regular classes on Sunday, we are unable to write the JEE exams and so the ranking is not provided for the JEE exams that we wrote lately. This issue is still open.

· Book Materials will be shipped by VEDANTU soon, which was confirmed and surprisingly shipping can’t be done to overseas addresses.

· Finally VEDANTU removed the inactive SAM and assigned a new SAM to look after our account, but once we started updating the new SAM regularly with all the past issues, she also left our account unattended and now we don’t even have a SAM.

· All the tickets raised till today in VEDANTU ticketing system has been attached herewith, where most of the tickets were closed without any resolutions.

With all the above issues, we are completely dissatisfied with VEDANTU so far. Hence I would request you to take immediate steps on all the issues reported.

VEDANTU is very much active only in chasing after the customer for the payment and deactivating the account with immediate effect. Since we have already paid 80% of the payment we don’t have an option other than just raising the tickets. So please do the needful to resolve all the outstanding issues at the earliest.
