Dear Consumer Complaint,
Vedantu eLearning solutions provides good e-tutors, but they are very poor in Customer Service. Going through the below will make you understand the situation I came across with Vedantu, I had a worst experience with Vedantu.
1. Assigned Student Account Manager (SAM) do not take any responsibility on any issues.
2. Vedantu to not have any escalation mechanism to resolve the issues.
3. SAM himself/herself sends messages to the customer mentioning I will not be your SAM anymore and we as a customer do not understand whom to contact in Vedantu.
4. There is no SPOC for any issue in Vedantu.
5. Vedantu cares only about the payment but no proper Student care.
6. Many false promises to NRI by their sales team.
7. SAM do not have any power to escalate or to take decision on any issue.
8. Vedantu do not make calls to customer to discuss the issues, rather they just close the tickets raised by the customer without any confirmation or solution to the issues. This shows the immaturity or in capability in handling the customer issues.
9. Other issue such as,
1. False promise of separate GCC batch availability for enrolling, but they changed it once enrollment is done.
2. Telegram do not work outside India and also they don't care about enrolled NRI student once enrollment is over.
3. JEE live exams cannot be attended by NRI Student for which they don't have an alternate way.
4. There will be no status update for NRI students, no calls or regular parent/teacher meeting for the NRI students to update on their progression.
NRI students should not enroll for Vedantu eLearning as this wont serve your purpose.
After enrolling for Vedantu package I get in lot of frustration and ended up spending money for International calls without any solution for the issues that I am facing for my son education in Vedantu.
So I request consumer complaint team to pass on this message to all general public forum to make everyone aware of Vedantu eLearning service.
