Vedantu eLearning solutions have a very good e-tutors, but they are very bad in Customer Service, please go through the below to understand the situation I came across with Vedantu, I had a worst experience with Vedantu.
1. Assigned Student Account Manager (SAM) was not responding for many months on all my queries. SAM started interacting only after many months.
2. Vedantu cares only about the payment even if the Student faces many number of problems.
3. Many false promises to NRI by their sales team.
4. SAM standard reply is "I spoke to my manager but I cant do anything"
5. Vedantu do not have any process for escalating the long standing issue which can't be resolved by the technical team. And this shows clearly that the company is not a process oriented.
6. If Vedantu calls to discuss on any complaint, they gives lot of promises over the phone, but when we request them to confirm the same over the email, they disappears. This shows their inability in handling the things.
7. There are much more issues like,
1. They promised that there will be a separate GCC batch to enroll and but they changed it after we enrolled for the package.
2. Telegram do not work out of India and they don't care about NRI student after the enrollment.
3. JEE live exams cannot be attended by NRI Student for which they don't take any steps.
4. No status update for the NRI student, no much calls or parent/teacher meeting for the NRI student to update on their progression.
8. In fact I paid 80% fees in just 5 months but finally I am left with multiple problems/issue from Vedantu.
NRI students should not get enrolled for Vedantu eLearning solution as that will not serve the purpose, in fact NRI parent those who enroll for Vedantu package will get in lot of frustration and end up spending money for International calls without any solution.
So I request the consumer complaint team to pass on this message to any general public forum to make everyone aware of the Vedantu issue.
I have much more message and email communications but i do attach few screenshot of the ticket that i raised.
