Pathetic service by veena world.
Hotels were cheap and substandard. Food provided during travel was unhygienic. Even after raising issue several times by every guest, no changes at further destinations.
We come with tour company for comfortable, hygienic and enjoyable holiday. And so we decided veena world rajsthan mewad tour ( only this tour company has group tour from Ranthambore to mount Abu)
Hotel stay : pathetic. Yes pathetic is the only word. They charge you so high and give substandard hotels costing 900-1500 rs per night.
Mount Abu hotel was bad - very small rooms, no proper service.
Udaipur hotel was good but out of town. (1-1/2hr outside, no taxi, ola, rickshaw available)
Pushkar hotel was okayish but not up to the mark as per charges.
Ranthambore resort was most pathetic. No cleanliness, ac, lock, flush not working, rooms were pathetic.
Even after raising complaint several times, nobody from veena world change hotels for further stay.
Food :- unhygienic. Every family from group suffering from gastritis, vomiting and diarrhea because o[censored]nhygienic food ( food poisoning). We are doctors and we were treating patients on our holiday.
They stopped providing bags and other gifts and dry snacks ( it's a small thing, if stay and food was better I wouldn't had complained regarding such small things) but here, nothing is perfect.
Very bad stay. Save your money. Don't fall pray for this "bag bharo nikal pado'"
We were facing problems and troubles and nothing in your hand. You couldn't change a single hotel, if you are going on your own you could.
No one, not a single person from our group is satisfied by this tour.
Veena world is pathetic. Service provided by veena world at mewad rajasthan was pathetic. ..
I have no complain about our car driver and politeness of tour managers (they were continuously listening our complains.
I will never go with veena world again also recommend you not to go.
Very bad experience with veena world.
