Veena World — the allotment of bus seat

I had booked womens japan tour dated 28 th march to 4th april. I had given full amount (Jambo discount) rs 1, 58, 225 in the form of cheque no. 615225 of punjab national bank, aundh branch. Dated 16october 2018. We were 6 ladies who were going to japan. We were given discount also. When we reached my friends got front rows and i was seperated out and was given the lastest seat in the bus. When i returned home this morning i went through my bank account and found the cheque was deducted on 20 october 2018.in spite of giving and utmost trusting you full amunt you had done very bad unjustice ton me. I found from other ladies who paid much later were given front or middle rows. The tour was good but it was spoilt since i was cut off from group. Prabha joshi
