I had placed an order online through the Vijay Sales website on 5th Jan, 24 for a mobile phone as a gift whose delivery was expected on 8th Jan, 24.
But when I was checking on tracker the details it was showing in process from 6th Jan- 8th Jan, 24 and not shipped yet. (Picture attached for reference)
I have contacted the customer care support number as well as emailed them on [protected]@vijaysales.com multiple times to receive an update but have not received an appropriate response. They mentioned on the initial correspondences that someone from their team will reach out directly, but have failed to do so from their end.
Vijay Sales customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
