VIP — London Carlton bag broke in first use

Address: Block E, Lajpat Nagar I, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110024

I bought London Carlton luggage in the starting of this month. It broke in first use yesterday when I was travelling from Rourkela to Delhi. Please change my bag to the same model as soona s possible as I have flight on 30th.
