I have ordered for ARC Handy AC ON 13/4/2019 for an amount of Rd.2499.99. I have made online payment which they acknowledged thro mail. On 23/4/2019 I have received in damaged condition and returned thro DTDC courier for which I paid Rs.480/- I have forwarded photos of damaged item along with courier receipt for refund. Later on they acknowled to having received item on 26/4/2019 i.e. on Friday. Since then I have been mailing them for refund no response. Their customer care is not approachable. I am confused as to give to solve this tricky deals.
