I ordered a portable air conditioner and it came damaged. I sent a request for refund but they refused and assured that they will provide a good replacement. Second time also the product came damaged. They asked for invoice and photos of the product and asked me to send it back to the company. I asked for a refund first but they stopped replying after that. It was a really expensive product and i am expecting my refund back. Is it possible to take action against the company?
