I have book a order no.[protected] on dated 31.03.2018 for redmi note 4 refurbished mobile, and sent order cancellation through mail and i called several times to their customer care but no response from them by any meanse till date. I sent several mails to them phone are also not reachable please take strong action against viral deal this is fake company they are. kindly help me in this regard Order ID: [protected]

I have booked vu32" led tv on 22.04.2018 and amount.6599 was debited in HDFC Netbanking, after that viral deal is responding about my order. kindly cancelled my order and return my money in my same account.

I booked a Vu Tv for amount of 6599 /- but i cancel my order immediately. i contact many time for given no. the no. is always show switch off or not reachable. i want my money back.
