Viral Deal — damaged product received, I returned and did not get refund

I've just got 3 Portable ACs and ALL OF THEM ARE BROKEN. There are pieces of the broken parts inside of the boxes. I put water in one of then and the water was all gone through the broken parts.
They said I had ordered 3 Portable ACs but I had ordered only 2, but I ended up paying for 3 because I was in need of this kind of product.
As soon as I got the delivery parcel I opened it and I found one of them broken, so I tried the second one. I put water and suddenly there was water on my table. The 2nd one was broken too. When I checked the 3rd, also broken.
I called the delivery guy immediately and he said he was just the delivery guy and that I should call you, people, but the telephone number it's always switched off.
They don't answer my e-mails and the phone is always busy or switched off.
I told them I will not sent the broken products back, they have to come to my house and give me my money back so I will give them the broken products.
I don't trust them.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I PAID IN CASH.

Even I had similar experience with Viral deals.

I have ordered a hair straighter and received a damaged and USED product. I can even see hair on that product.
So I dropped an email to the customer service and they asked me to return the product so they will refund or replace. Then I've self returned it and till date I did not get the refund. Now they are not responding to my email or calls.

I would like to take this to consumer court. This is a fraud company, because now I can't even send mail to their customer care mail ID. I'm getting delivery incomplete error message for all my mails. So I think they might have blocked my mail id or they they have changed their mail id.
