Viral Deal — deducting money but not found product

I tried to place an order in their website, paid through upi and my money was deducted but i dnt get any confirmation msg when i call them they said ur order is placed and when it delieverd he said it's a cod product but i paid already.

I want my money back to the originated account, don't want any product.
This is so unfair to customers, how can a company even work like this, no one will order from this company if this remains like this.
