This is sowmya. I had ordered for a ankle strap from viral deals (Vds212733). Firstly there was a delay with product delivery nearly 10 days of delay and then the product delivered is fully defective and also i have not yet received my cash back coupons. Also the customer support team don’t answer the calls. I have paid full amount but then viral deals have delivered a torn and used product to me. I want a immediate action against this and delivery correct product
