Hello sir,
I have ordered a refurbished redmi note 4 but it wasn't delivered for a long time... Today on 23 sep 2017 a dilivery man came and asked me to sign on a paper that i've recieved the order... He went off vigorously and i wasn't able to check the order in front of him... Whatever the i opened the box and saw a stones inside a maxfone box... Now i'm really disappointed i tried to call their customer care no. But none of them is reaching... Says switched off or out of service... Now i need my phone and i'm really disappointed and in too much anger...

I appointed a lawer to work on this case in a supreme court...
Now i'm gonna fight with you viral deal come in court... And if you don't want this... Give me my order...

I've ordered 1 redmi note 4 from viral deal now today a delivery man came and handed me the product i checked and found any other phone named maxphone

Now i'm very disappointed and about to go in consumer court in this case if you don't want me to do that return my money or give my redmi note 4 to me... Else we will meet in court...

Sir, mene 25 Aug. Ko Redmi not4 mobile order kiya the ordar no. [protected] hai lekin abhi tak nahi aa paya hai aur na hi kisi no. Par contect ho pa raha hai so ya to rupey lota do ya product deliverd karao
