Viral Deal — fake product.

I had seen facebook ad of viral deals of fool body grooming tool & try to order it but can't order it.
Then i had got a call on my mobile from viral deals & a lady ask me about order. After assurance of quality product i confirmed about produt men's fool body grooming tool as i saw in facebook ad. But when i get this product it's unable to groom hairs on head & also not working light mode. It's totally fake product. Please return it & refund me.

They product which i brought is damaged and not working as it is described in ad. They asked me to send back product due to damaged product which i received, but still they didnt return back my money, when i am contacting them they are not giving response, so guys please dont buy any products from this website..
