Bought a fat burner device which took 6 weeksto recive the package was dented in, went to turn it on as nothing on the device works, emailed viral deal to let them know the device does not work and they claimed it does work and basically calling me a liar and sent a you tube video, do not waste your money on viral deal products or this company, they are a joke!!! Please don't buy from them. it's a fraud. i bought this ultra slim device two months ago in november, it's january now, still no item, tried to cancel - no response. emailed them 5 times - no response. they didn't even send me a confirmation number or shipping confirmation. they have no phone number to call. TOTAL AND COMPLETE FRAUD
