I had purchased one cloth item for rs. 700/-. Since the produce was not good, the same was supposed to be returned. An amount of rs. 700/- was supposed to be refunded to me. One mr. Avinash kumar (Mobile no. [protected]) took the bank details for refunding me the amount of rs. 700/-. It is surpirising that instead of refunding the amount, they have debited my savings bank a/c for rs. 19999/- each on july 15, 2019 and july 16, 2019 totalling rs. 39998/-. I have lodged a police complaint also in this regard. I request all to be careful while dealing with viraldeal. They are doing bank frauds also with with customers. Was this information helpful? |
