I placed an order on 10/26/2018 for ultraslim. I received an email on 11/4/2018 that they confirmed my order. On 11/26/2018 i got an email with the tracking number and said it was shipped. When i checked the tracking number it showed in china. Now on 12/28/2018 it has not moved from that location. When i sent an email to viral deal they told me it takes time for the tracking number to update. I told them it does not take over a month for it to update and they will not refund me my money. Also when i was on the website it has where you can connect on facebook with them. When i clicked on it it said they do not have a facebook page. Was this information helpful? |
