The product ordered via order number VDS29323 is not functioning at all.

It is getting powered through USB and can change the lights.
Fan is not functioning at all.
The fan which has three speeds, at none of the speeds fan is functioning.
As fan is not functioning it will not throw the air out.
So no cooler effect.
Lights are working

I ordered an air cooling and an electric mixer .I received both the items bt didn't get any cash back and the charger cable is not working in air cooling and the cost other air cooling is very high after applying discount code of rs500..I want you to return this air cooling cooler..

I ordered women's painless hair remover for body but i get another product 1 belt and hair remover for eyebrows only which i didn't ordered. I tried many times on call and email but there is no solution to return still. I am very disappointed. It seems fraud. I want my money back
