Viral Deal — horrible service!

I ordered this product from viral deal as a christmas gift to my wife and i did it with ample time. They promised it would be here within two to three weeks in fact it took six weeks to receive. Only after i emailed them with all types of expletives. Miraculously that same day they mailed my product out and told me after waiting a month it would take two to three weeks to receive. To add insult to injury i ordered a cream to come with the cellulite burner thing and the package arrives but the cream is not included after i paid $50 for that cream. So guess what i am going to probably have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks to receive a damn cream! Save yourselves the headache and the heartache and do not order from this horrible company! I also thought it was a us company but that's my fault for not doing my research. My box also came dented and i'm not even sure if it works yet being that i just received it and i will let my wife check for herself. Do not send your money to them because there is no way to contact them other than email and you have to take what they tell you because they will not budge in regards to a refund. I am pissed off! If i have to wait for the cream it is going to take a total of roughly two and a half months for me to receive my total order. If you have that kind of patience go right ahead. Unbelievable!!! Not sure if it sounds petty but at this point i don't care i am going to do everything in my power to make their lives miserable!
