Viral Deal — mobile not received

Sir, i booked mobile redmi note 4 via internet through my union bank debit card on 03.08.2017 to viral deal and i got sms that my order no. Is [protected]. When i tried to contact customer care [protected] the number is not responding. When i checked viraldeal website it is showing my epayment is received by the company.
