Viral Deal — Mobile phone redmi note 4

Hello sir,
I've booked a redmi note 4 on 24 Aug 2017 and your company debited amount from my Debit card and dropped a message::-

"Your order number [protected] has been booked with Viraldeal, For a total amount of Rs.5, 498. Do check your mail for additional details. Thank You."
when I tried to contect customer Care no [protected] the namber is not responding.
I did not receive Redmi or got refund my amount back kindly look in to the matter and deliver the Redmi or refund the amount from viraldeal.
From till now nor i got any message and neither i got any mail about it kindly help me by giving and satisfactory mail or order my phone.
Kindly do the needful from your end.

Sir I booked mobile redami note 4 via internet through my federal bank credit card on 04/07/2017 to viraldeal and I gat sms that my order no is [protected] when I tried to contect customer Care no [protected] the namber is not responding when I checked viraldeal website it is showing my epayment is received by the company till today I did not receive redami note 4 mobile or got refund my amaunt back kindly look in to the mutter and deliver the mobile or refund the amaunt from viraldeal ham police compelnt bhi kar sakate he or p m tak bhi ja sakate he

I chek Redmi note4 but I did not epayment..Because I found yours comment in google..

Sir I booked ledtv via internet through my federal bank debit card on 30/8/2017 to viraldeal and I gat sms that my order no is [protected] when I tried to contect customer Care no [protected] the namber is not responding when I checked viraldeal website it is showing my epayment is received by the company till today I did not receive ledtv or got refund my amaunt back kindly look in to the mutter and deliver the ledtv or refund the amaunt from viraldeal ham police compelnt ya Complaint Form  fariyad krne vala hu...fast reply

"Your order number [protected] has been booked with Viraldeal, For a total amount of Rs.2, 749. Do check your mail for additional details. Thank You."

From till now nor i got any message and neither i got any mail about it kindly help me by giving and satisfactory mail or order my phone in seven days or refund my whole amount...else I'll gonna do a police complain

When i tried to contact customer care [protected] the number is not responding. When i checked viraldeal website it is showing my epayment is received by the company. Till today, i did not receive redmi note 4 mobile or got refunded my amount back. Kindly look into the matter and deliver the mobile or refund the amount from viraldeal.

I prajapati booked for 2 sets of Redmi note 4 by paying 2750/- each, but i was delivered with Maxfone opal 011 costing 599/- each. The company is fraud. I mmedite action is requied to be taken. Looting money of innocent people.
