Viral Deal — money taken but not yet delivered and no communication.. really frustrating

And today is 05/05/19. It is supposed to be delivered but not yet, and there is no proper communication too. Also i'm not hoping that i'll recieve my order. I want to know status of my order. Even i mailed but no response. Otherwise i'll complain in customer consumer court.
