I paid for an order on november 21st i was told i would have tracking info in 5 to 7 days. It is now 3 weeks and nothing no item no shipping info and they do not reply to emails. They have basic reply emails giving you faqs but they will nto address where my item is or give me any info. I should know better than to order from any company without phone support. Beware, now i am working with boa to dispute charges and get me back my money

I have paid for this order on November 28 and still have seen nothing or heard anything on this order. I just want my $149.94 refunded immediately. This company is nothing but a fraud. If I do not receive a notification of my refund I will take further legal action!

I ordered 3 products and ivw been scammed for $350.00 that is allot to be taken for the company is fraudulent no company just been ripping people off now I'm out all that $ and no gifts to hand out at Christmas
