Sir, i booked mobile redmi note 4 via internet through my SBI credit card on 4.8.2017 to viral deal and i got sms that my order no. Is[protected] . When i tried to contact customer care [protected] the number is not responding. When i checked viraldeal website it is showing my epayment is received by the company. Till today, i did not receive redmi note 4 mobile or got refunded my amount back. Kindly look into the matter and deliver the mobile or refund the amount from viraldeal.

I have booked redmi no4.dt.07/08/2017, i didn't get any reference no and i tried to contact Customer Care no are not working my amount has dibeted in my card .[protected]and [protected] these nos are not working plz look in to this issue

May I know wt is happening in d name of viral deals u ppl present such horrible deals by wch v ppl tend 2 buy ur products nu know what I hv booked n paid for my phone on August 6th n till nw I have not got any reply n am fed up of this so please return back my money n am tired of waiting if ever my money is not returned I ll sue u ppl...
