I had purchased ARC Handy Portable Air conditioner for Rs 2499 /- on 14th April 2019, Yesterday I received the delivery yesterday is 25th April 2019.But I received the defective set .My Oder no. is VDS31153.
1.its one corner is cracked
2.the plates have come out
3. The charger pin is bent .hence the cord cannot be connected to it to give power supply.
Request you to replace the set or return my money.
Please tell where to courier this defective set.
