Dear sir,

I have ordered for 32: vu tv online by making a payment of rs.6, 599/- through hdfc credit card to viral deal by seeing a ad in my mobile. After doing the payment i have checked the complaints in indian consumer complaints forum and found that there are a lot of complaints on viral deal regarding the non delivery of the products to the customers. I am afraid that the company is cheating the customers. I have purchased many products from amazon & flipcart. They immediately give the response and the status will be updated day to day. Kindly help me in this matter to deliver the ordered set or my money back.
