Viral Deal — ordered refurbished red me note 4 phone from viral deal but no response

I have ordered refurbished Red ME note 4 phone from viraldeal at 23/08/2017. After the payment of RS 2749, I got the SMS, that my order no.is [protected], but till today I didnt receive any response from viraldeal. However, I did so many mails at [protected]@theviraldeal.com.
Actually, I had seen the viral deal news on dainik bhasker thats why I made order via viral deal.
Now, I want my hard earn money back. please take the necessary action against this fraud company and manage the return of my hard earn money.
