I ordered a portable ac from this company and they delivered the product which has no cord, no plug, broken lids. They have fooled me and many others. I should have read reviews before placing the order. Please help me get my refund of ₹2098. Yes same with us . We got the product in damaged condition . Customer Care number is out of coverage area and no revert on emails . It seems to be a fraud company, Please dont order anything on Viral Deals

The product was in broken condition and non functional . Tried to reach on Customer Care but number is always out of network area . Also no revert on email .
We have been deceived and had to incurr a loss
