This company is a joke. I’ve been waiting 2 months for my order, their tracking info is terrible, never updates and doesn’t even accurately give you the location of your shipment. Emailing the company is just as bad... When i finally supposedly got my product it came to my city but was then returned to who knows where. They didn’t enter my home address when shipping it, just my name and city and state. Who does that? Then they tried to blame it on me! Ha! It takes 2 days to get a customer svc response... And they won’t refund me or send me a new item in the meantime. So i’m stuck waiting... Still. Was this information helpful? |
