I think the company is fake. As there are lot of complaints online about the company and the order placed by people. According to the customers they haven't received the product though the order was placed 15days ago. Also there are no messages from the company towards the shipment of product. Kindly do the needful at the earliest as like me many people are fooled towards attractive price and they only ask for online payment. My order number for the product is fw: viraldeal - order [protected].

I was order vivo mobile dated 18.12.17 and payment was done my credit card of Rs.2749 orde id is [protected] then i received one sms for booking confirmation but not received product for till and any mail vai viral deal
i want to back refund my maoney
