Viral Deal — redmi note 4 refurbished mobile

I have booked redmi note 4 refurnished mobile on 18.01.2018 and still there is any confirmation from viral and sent so many remainders mail still there is any reply from them.

I have paid the payment through my hdfc credit card. Please cancel my order and repayment my amount. This is the worst website, customer care no not reachable and mail no response. It's very worst website.

I have paid rs.2749/- and payment id is 91285406. Please help to refund of my amount.
