Viral Deal — refurbished redmi note 4 not received even after full payment

I booked refurbished redmi note4 model f1red_4 on 5-feb-2018, full payment was done online through netbanking.

However i have not received handset, nor any communication with reference to dispatch from viral deal.

If viral deal is not able to supply the ordered material, it has to refund the amount paid.
