I ordered on 30/06/2019 for a ARC handy portable AC to viral deals. I received a damaged portable AC on 05/07/2019 some parts was broken for which I sent a message to Support @viraldeals.in and also tried to contact over phone number [protected] but not receiving any reply from the company to collect the product .
