I ordered the skin care options 3 in 1 slimming and beautifying machine on 11/29/18. I received it on 1/2/19 which is more than the 2-3 weeks they claim is needed to get it but within a couple hours of having placed my order i sent an email asking to cancel my order. I was told it could not be done and to allow the product to be received and return it then. I have been trying to return it but am getting no where. I have been told i can use it for longer in order to decide if i like it. When i said no i do not want this product i was told that i should find someone to buy it or gift it to someone.in the ad it says that you can return the product within 60 days.
