I had ordered a smoothfinish™ 5-in-1 portable handheld steam iron × 1
Which i recieved was not at all worth the amount spent. The plastic used for the built was very bad quality as well the water was leaking from the chamber and when i switched it on.. There was a strong smell of burnt wire.. I immediately shipped the product back as per the communication from the team after i told them about the same. Its been more than 2 months and till now i have not recieved my refund. They are giving me store credit wjhich is no where mentioned will be the case in case of refund, this pathetic site dont have a single good product that i can order in return. This is a fraud website with fraud reviews. I am goingto write to facebook and instagram as well stating how can they allow such a fraud comapny to post adds on their platforms.
