Viral Deal — unable to return the item

I received my order after 45 days with no invoice, no packing slip and no return address.
It was a gift but unfortunately, the person did not like it and i've been having trouble to get them to give me a return address. It's been more than a month and yet to have an address to return it.
I was told they were in china and it will take more than a month to receive it, even though i thought they were located in the usa.
I need my money back and want to return the item, simple as that.
They were giving me so many options, 20% refund and i can keep the item. See if someone is interested in it, etc... Honestly, i am tired dealing with people who seem to not understand my request.
