I have booked vu32" led tv on (Protected) repayment done rs.6599/_ after that viral deal is responding about my order. My order no is [protected]. I send them mail to know about my item but they given any reply. I ask them if you are. Unable to despatch the item then kindly cancelled my order and return my money in my same account fm where l paid money but they have not given any response. If you can help me out from this problem. I will be very thankful to you...

Updated by Kumar.H I have ordered for 32: vu tv online by making a payment of rs.6, 599/- through HDFC to viral deal by seeing a ad in my mobile. After doing the payment i have checked the complaints in indian consumer complaints forum and found that there are a lot of complaints on viral deal regarding the non delivery of the products to the customers. I am afraid that the company is cheating the customers. Kindly help me in this matter to deliver...

I don’t remember what I ordered IF I EVEN ORDERED IT. But I was CHARGED $89.95US. Whatever it is has NOT been delivered and I cannot find the item through the USA package tracking system.
