Viral Deal — viral deal did not delivery order product

Dear team

I have book a order no.[protected] on dated 28.01.2018for redmi note 4 refurbished mobile but till date 09.03.2018 i have not received any update of my order and they not response any mail several mailed to them phone are also not reachable please take strong action against viral deal this is fake company they are cheating people.
