Viral Deal — vu 32 smart led tv booked via order no [protected] on 15th jan but there is no response

Hi,
I have booked vu 32 smart led tv via order no [protected] on 15th jan and amount of rs 6599 has been debited from my credit card but there is no response from company after that and even i am not able to connect on there customer care number. I have sent 3 - 4 mails but there is no response.

Kindly suggest as how can i connect with them and get my product delivered fast or money refunded fast.
