Viral Deal — viral deal booked led tv vu 32"on 31.01.18 order no.[protected] but no response from side

I have booked vu32" led tv on (Protected) repayment done rs.6599/_ after that viral deal is responding about my order. My order no is [protected]. I send them mail to know about my item but they given any reply. I ask them if you are. Unable to despatch the item then kindly cancelled my order and return my money in my same account fm where l paid money but they have not given any response. If you can help me out from this problem. I will be very thankful to you...but no response from side
