Arrogant and misbehaving staff

Regarding disrespect of customer

Grocery items bill made extra with 70 rupees

One for unknown item rs 70/-
And another Rs 5/- for a good day biscuit worth Rs 30/- ( i also have snap short of biscuit MRP)

Denial of refunding amount due to delayed claim

Misbehavior of floor manager - naveen kumar

I visited VMM - Vaishali on August 15th and was standing in the que for billing but a gentleman came in who was known to the that billing counter executive and got manged to billed the items without Que. When I tried to inform the Floor Manager about this incident the reply was - "So What" and started shouting on the floor which was never expected from a responsible person like Floor Manager.
