The incident is of Vishal mega mart outlet at Panchkula Sector 5. A shopping item (pair of shoes) was refused to be sold on counter, with the reason being given as its barcode is not entered into their database and cannot be scanned. On questioning them, the manager Mr. Aashutosh asked to wait for half an hour to purchase this item. Clearly, there is a lag in their inventory system where they forgot to enter new items and placed them...

The sales person at the counter have no manners to talk to customers. I can't believe that you have hired some cheap people. This guy after biling asked me to pick up the bag and leave immediatly "Bag uthao aur niklo" was the words used. I can't believe the humiliation i faced. This is disgusting. The 3 month validity period was scratched out but no other time period was stipulated. I went out of my way to come to your store to use the voucher. I have purchased some personal things... But the cashier named KAALIKA SINGH...in barabanki...talking me abusely and misbehaves with me...
