for which i had paid and my money was deducted from my credit card even though order is showing closed
where is my money
who has taken my money
my bank customer support telling me that my money goes to Vivo
help me as soon as possible
when I mailed my problem they replied me with this :-
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
In response to your mail, we would like to inform you that we received the amount against the order #[protected] the refund will be initiated from our end within 24-48 working hours. Post that the bank will credit the amount within 3-7 business days into your source account/mode of purchase.
You are requested to kindly wait till the time frame.
but after many days passed Vivo still didn't refund my money then I again mailed they sent me mail that I didn't provided the required details. What details? They had not asked for any details ever. Plus, they have all the details they need. They need to refund to the source that doesn't require to add any detail.
they keep holding my money and not refunding me my money
