Hi Sir/Madam,
Request look into matter, where I have updated latest version of android 14, which was popup by vivo, after that my wifi was not working, hence approached to service center, where the technician was downgraded the version but wifi was still at same is not working.
Instead of repair it they asked to replace the entire mother board, whereas my phone is working, even still using, except wifi issue.
As I have not agreed upon paying for mother board replacement, which is company supposed to repair the wifi.
They have intentionally mentioned small dent and back side cover crack, which was happened 5-6 month before, at then I have objected and called up customer support, where Mr Kailash from the CS team, assured me that will get it resolved, within 24 hours, but again the reply was that it is due to damage, I have to bear it, which it not at all the case, if the mother board was damaged due to drop or dent, entire phone supposed not to work properly or other functions also not working, where as it is working fine.
I have several mail communication, call with customers support but they have not listening to it and lates updated me that it is not feasible, then also they will try to provide some discount. But if the phone wifi not working due to system update sent by company, it should bear by them only. I am ready to have independent checks also, if the wifi issue due to damage back cover which is 5-6 month, I will withdraw my complaint but if it is due to new update upgrade, company has to bear the mental trauma and expenses apart from the phone.
Expecting a support here to redress the grievances of customer to protect customer interest.
